MANGO SORBET

As I promised to you here is a Sunday recipe post. And now I want to show you how to make a Mango sorbet that is soo delicious and much more healthier and with a small amount of calories than ice-cream, especially in a super hot Summer day. 

 Here are the ingredients:
-Mango fruits (ripes) - 3 pcs.
-Apple juice - ½ cup
-Mineral water - ½ cup
-Lemon juice - squeezed from 1 lemon
-Egg white - 1 piece.
-Sugar - on your taste(I didn't add)
1. First of all cut the mango into small pieces. 
 2.Then using a blender or mixer turn mango into a puree.
 3. Then add mineral water, apple juice and lemon juice. 

4. Mix everything well, even you can use a mixer, and put it all in a low form, send it in the freezer to freeze for 3 hours. From time to time, took it out and mix it.
5.After 3 h take the form out, add the beaten egg white (and sugar on your taste), and again put it in a freezer for 3 hours, repeating the whole procedure with mixing it. 
After 3 hours it´s ready!!! 

Mango sorbet is like a ice-cream, but much lighter and with a small amount of calories. Enjoy the taste of the Summer!
